Future Gadget: TED Sixth Sense

TED Sixth Sense is a wearable multi-function device invented by Pranav Mistry, a researcher at MIT’s Fluid Interfaces Group. It was demonstrated at the TED conference in February this year by Belgian Patty Maes, leader of the MIT lab. Have you ever imagine that by clicking photos with your fingers, playing games on a piece of paper, watch movies on news paper, playing games on your tiffin box or having a calculator on your palm? Well, I saw the glimpse of the future when I saw Ted’s Pranav Mistry video.

Brilliant! Like he said "this will be a great step to bring us back from the virtual world to the real world" . This technology is going to change our lives for real!. He showed us a image of the future world.Sixth Sense is cool and amazing. That's maybe the future of technology in the next several decades. Wow.. this is incredible technology. This can change the way we interact with gadgets. Great innovation!

The good part is that Pranav is planning to make available this software as open source so every one can benefit. Since it will open source, anyone can add features or modify the software as he wishes.
